Average salaries in Client Success:

Salaries for senior roles such as Director of Customer Success vary based on sector and responsibilities, ranging from £90,000 to £130,000 plus bonuses. Managerial roles such as Team Leads typically pay between £70,000 to £95,000.

For CSM’s (SMB to Enterprise), salaries depend on the size and quantity of accounts managed, with basic salaries starting from £40,000 to £90,000 on average. An entry-level position, such as Client Success Executive, typically have starting salaries ranging from £32,000 to £40,000.
