About the role
An Account Executive position focused on consultative, relationship-led enterprise sales within the UK market.
• Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead through to close
• Drive new business while expanding existing enterprise accounts
• Engage clients through workshops, executive meetings and industry events
• Collaborate closely with technology partners to influence and shape opportunities
• Play a key role in evolving the future sales function
Your previous experience
• 3+ years in technical sales (consultancy, IT solutions or SaaS)
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
• Exposure to post-sale account growth (renewals, upsell, expansion)
• Comfortable discussing integration, APIs and enterprise systems
• Credible, consultative presence with enterprise stakeholders
• Experience within major CRM or integration ecosystems advantageous
Package
• £70,000 – £80,000 base (DOE)
• Uncapped commission with OTE £112,000+
• Hybrid working model (London, 2–3 days per week)
