How do I register with Arius Recruit?

You can submit your CV via our Register Your CV page or apply for one of our live vacancies. We’ll add you to our system and contact you confidentially about suitable opportunities.

What happens after I send you my CV?

We’ll store your CV confidentially in our database and match you to suitable roles. If your experience changes, please send us an updated version so we can keep your profile current.

Can I speak with a recruiter about what I’m looking for?

We usually arrange calls when there’s an opportunity that fits your experience. To help us match you effectively, ensure your CV clearly outlines your sectors, achievements, and career goals.

What types of candidates do you represent?

We work with sales professionals who already have experience in tech-related sales, from SDRs and Account Executives to Enterprise Managers and CROs. Our focus is on experienced tech sales talent, so we are not able to help people transition into tech sales or those without prior experience.

Do you work on entry-level or graduate roles?

We do not recruit for entry-level or graduate roles. Our clients hire for experienced sales positions, typically requiring at least one year of sales experience. If you’re starting out, a specialist graduate recruitment agency will be better suited.

Do you only recruit for SaaS roles?

While SaaS is a major focus, we also recruit across Cybersecurity, AI, FinTech, RegTech, DeepTech, Data & Analytics, and IT Consulting, among others.

I work in sales but not in tech. Can you help me move into tech sales?

It depends on your background. We’ve occasionally helped strong sales professionals transition into tech sales roles, but it’s not always possible. You can email hello@ariusrecruit.co.uk with a summary of your experience, and we’ll advise you.

Can you help me move from new business sales into Customer Success?

Sometimes, depending on your experience. We occasionally support transitions between new business and Customer Success roles if there’s a strong match.

How quickly will you find me a job?

It depends on the roles we’re currently working on. As headhunters, we work on specific briefs and only approach you when there’s a strong match with your profile.

Can you offer me advice on my CV?

Yes, we can offer feedback, and we’ve also created a free downloadable CV guide that includes templates and answers to common questions.

Can you help me with my LinkedIn profile?

Yes, we’ve put together a free LinkedIn optimisation guide with all our best advice on how to attract top tech employers.

Will you keep my job search confidential?

Absolutely. Confidentiality is central to how we operate, we never share your CV or details without your permission.

What salary levels do you recruit at?

Most of our roles fall between £60,000 and £300,000 base salaries, though we also work on experienced SDR-level positions.

Do you offer temporary or interim roles?

No, all our placements are permanent positions. We don’t recruit for interim, contract, or fractional roles.

Do you work with candidates based outside of the UK?

Our focus is on UK-based roles, though we occasionally support clients with specific hires in Ireland or Northern Europe. However, these are rare.

Do you work with candidates who need sponsorship or want to relocate to the UK?

Most clients require candidates to already have the right to work in the UK. A few may consider sponsorship, but these opportunities are rare. If you already have UK working rights, we can support you with suitable roles.
