About the role

• Hybrid role based in London, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success

• Own execution of technology adoption plans across major enterprise accounts

• Drive measurable usage, behavioural change and tangible value delivery

• Configure platforms, map operational processes and run hands-on user training

• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deployments with defined KPIs and success metrics

• Act as a senior client-facing contact, building trusted stakeholder relationships

• Proactively identify adoption risks and intervene early to ensure success

• Thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment with high accountability

Your previous experience

• Background in Customer Success, implementation, onboarding or a similar client-facing delivery role

• Proven track record managing complex enterprise accounts in parallel

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly master new software platforms

• Confident presenter who can command the room with senior stakeholders

• Highly organised, execution-focused and comfortable working at speed

• Fluent English required; additional European languages advantageous
