A rapidly growing technology services and AI company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join their Enterprise Client Team and lead strategic relationships with major UK clients.

About the role
• Act as the key point of contact for strategic enterprise clients
• Build and manage senior relationships including C-Suite and key decision makers
• Create and deliver client strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and long term growth
• Identify and convert opportunities to expand services and increase revenue
• Advise clients on how to leverage AI, data and technology solutions
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure exceptional project outcomes

About you
• Strong background in client growth in consulting, professional services, technology or SaaS 
• Confident managing enterprise clients and influencing senior stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving customer needs
• Passionate about technology, data and AI-driven solutions
• Collaborative, client-centric and motivated by delivering high quality outcomes
