About the role
Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospect to close across mid-market retail accounts, and partner closely with the founder on larger, more complex enterprise opportunities
Run outbound and inbound sales motions in parallel, with multi-channel prospecting
Sell a category-defining AI platform into sophisticated ecommerce environments, demonstrating credibility with senior retail leaders
Run consultative, value-led sales processes focused on ROI, impact and commercial outcomes
Operate in a founder-led environment with high autonomy and accountability
Your previous experience
2+ years full 360 closing experience in B2B SaaS
Comfortable selling into ecommerce/retail/martech environments and navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying groups
Strong at value-led selling, ROI modelling, and strategic positioning vs competitors and internal build options
Actively uses AI tooling to improve productivity, messaging, and sales performance
High IQ and EQ, resilient, and thrives in selling emerging technology in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
Package
£60,000–£85,000 base DOE, double OTE (uncapped) depending on your experience
Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in Central London office
