On average, Account Executives can earn from £45,000 to £100,000 on basic salary. Commissions often work on a double OTE basis (I.e. double your salary if you hit target). There are often additional bonuses (called accelerators) for sales over your target.

In the UK, the average salary ranges from £40,000 to £50,000 basic for roles with short sale cycles (up to two months) and low average deal sizes (£5k - £15k). Experienced AEs or those in senior roles can earn up to £120,000 per year on basic salary. They also get substantial commission, bonuses, and benefits. They often exceed double the salary. Salary levels are the highest in London. An increasing number of these roles involve working remotely, with much of the sales conducted through video calls.
