Sales Executive – B2B SaaS (Construction Tech)
Hybrid (1 day/week in London HQ)

About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Business Development

  • Focused on outbound outreach, qualification, and product demos with new prospects

  • High-conversion demo process  is central to success

  • You’ll be speaking to construction professionals daily, uncovering challenges and presenting tailored solutions

  • Ownership of the early-to-mid sales funnel, with training on end-of-pipeline closing

About you

  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role (ideally SaaS or construction-related)

  • Confident making high volumes of outbound calls and generating pipeline

  • Driven, curious and motivated by learning how to close deals

  • Collaborative and coachable with a strong team mindset

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM

  • 1+ years' experience in software sales or similar fast-paced B2B environment
