About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development

Focused on outbound outreach, qualification, and product demos with new prospects

High-conversion demo process is central to success

You’ll be speaking to construction professionals daily, uncovering challenges and presenting tailored solutions

Ownership of the early-to-mid sales funnel, with training on end-of-pipeline closing
About you

Proven experience in a B2B sales role (ideally SaaS or construction-related)

Confident making high volumes of outbound calls and generating pipeline

Driven, curious and motivated by learning how to close deals

Collaborative and coachable with a strong team mindset

Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM

1+ years' experience in software sales or similar fast-paced B2B environment
