About the role
• Partner directly with the CEO to define and execute strategic priorities across all business functions.
• Drive cross-company initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
• Identify and evaluate new commercial and partnership opportunities.
• Lead strategic projects that span multiple departments, ensuring alignment and delivery.
• Provide analytical insight, business cases, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to accelerate go-to-market execution.
• Build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

About you
• Proven experience in a strategic, operational, or Chief of Staff position within a SaaS or high-growth tech business.
• Exposure to commercial areas such as business development, partnerships, or sales strategy.
• Highly analytical, structured, and capable of translating ideas into action.
• Degree from a leading university and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
• London-based or able to be in London regularly.
