About the role
You’ll be the most senior Customer Success hire, sitting on the leadership team and owning all things customer.

  • Write the playbook, shape the model, and build the future team.

  • Spend 90% of your time with clients, building real partnerships (expect exec-level QBRs and F2F time).

  • Own retention, upsell, and adoption - working peer to peer with sales.

  • Bring a strong voice into leadership, challenging the status quo and influencing product strategy.

  • Be trusted to think, your view will count.

About you

  • You’ve led CS for complex enterprise software in a data-rich, tech-led environment

  • You’re strategic and emotionally mature—comfortable speaking to CPOs and engineers alike

  • You bring mental agility and a clear view of what “great” looks like in customer success

  • You’ve operated at leadership level and aren’t afraid to speak up and shape the business

  • You love small company pace and the opportunity to build from the front

Package

  • £90,000–£110,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

  • London-based with regular in-person customer time (UK and US travel expected)
