About the role
You’ll be the most senior Customer Success hire, sitting on the leadership team and owning all things customer.

Write the playbook, shape the model, and build the future team.

Spend 90% of your time with clients, building real partnerships (expect exec-level QBRs and F2F time).

Own retention, upsell, and adoption - working peer to peer with sales.

Bring a strong voice into leadership, challenging the status quo and influencing product strategy.

About you

You’ve led CS for complex enterprise software in a data-rich, tech-led environment

You’re strategic and emotionally mature—comfortable speaking to CPOs and engineers alike

You bring mental agility and a clear view of what “great” looks like in customer success

You’ve operated at leadership level and aren’t afraid to speak up and shape the business

Package

£90,000–£110,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
