About the role
Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities
Research markets and target customers, developing a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
Understand customer environments, use cases, and operational goals to shape solutions
Clearly articulate the benefits of their solutions and how they differ from competitors
Coordinate internal technical specialists and subject matter experts to progress opportunities
Represent the business at industry events and within key sector networks
Share market intelligence and customer insight to shape market strategy and marketing activity
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proactive engagement across the customer lifecycle
About you
Proven experience in client-facing sales, ideally within technology, software development, or cyber security
Strong presentation skills, confident with both in-person and virtual audiences
Able to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from highly technical end-users to senior decision-makers
Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and confident using CRM tools
Quick to learn, curious, and solutions-focused
Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying networking and building long-term relationships
Experience working in complex or hierarchical environments such as the public sector is beneficial
Comfortable working at a slower sales cadence (average deal cycle close to 12 months) and influencing multi-year programmes
Package
Circa £70,000, £120,000 OTE (uncapped)
