About the role
Own and lead the full sales cycle from lead to close, with the majority of leads already qualified
Focus on strategic, consultative selling, average deal sizes range from £50k to £500k+
Combine new business acquisition with early-stage account expansion
Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, workshops, events and roundtables
Collaborate with leading technology partners to influence deals
Play an active role in shaping the future of the sales function within the business
About you
3+ years in a full 360 technical sales role within SaaS, consultancy, or IT solutions
Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior client conversations
Technically minded and able to grasp concepts like APIs and enterprise integration
Strong commercial instincts and a credible, consultative presence
Energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Package
£70,000 - £85,000 + uncapped commission (OTE of £120,000)
Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in a central London office
High face-time role: regular workshops, industry events, and client meetings
