About the role

  • Own and lead the full sales cycle from lead to close, with the majority of leads already qualified
  • Focus on strategic, consultative selling, average deal sizes range from £50k to £500k+
  • Combine new business acquisition with early-stage account expansion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, workshops, events and roundtables
  • Collaborate with leading technology partners to influence deals
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of the sales function within the business

 

About you

  • 3+ years in a full 360 technical sales role within SaaS, consultancy, or IT solutions
  • Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior client conversations
  • Technically minded and able to grasp concepts like APIs and enterprise integration
  • Strong commercial instincts and a credible, consultative presence
  • Energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, or similar platforms is a strong plus

 

Package

  • £70,000 - £85,000 + uncapped commission (OTE of £120,000)
  • Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in a central London office
