About the role
- Own and lead the full sales cycle from lead to close, with the majority of leads already qualified
- Focus on strategic, consultative selling, average deal sizes range from £50k to £500k+
- Combine new business acquisition with early-stage account expansion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings, workshops, events and roundtables
- Collaborate with leading technology partners to influence deals
- Play an active role in shaping the future of the sales function within the business
About you
- 3+ years in a full 360 technical sales role within SaaS, consultancy, or IT solutions
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and senior client conversations
- Technically minded and able to grasp concepts like APIs and enterprise integration
- Strong commercial instincts and a credible, consultative presence
- Energised by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, or similar platforms is a strong plus
Package
- £70,000 - £85,000 + uncapped commission (OTE of £120,000)
- Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in a central London office
- High face-time role: regular workshops, industry events, and client meetings
