About the role

Lead the development and execution of insurance and broker partnerships.

Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across insurance and commercial markets.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partnerships drive growth and customer value.

Represent the company at industry events, driving visibility and thought leadership.
About you

Proven experience building partnerships in the insurance or broking sector.

Strong relationship builder with senior external stakeholders.

Commercial mindset with experience in co-marketing, revenue-sharing, or joint initiatives.

Ability to analyse market trends and translate into actionable opportunities.
Package

To £85,000 + 25% bonus + share options after probation.
