About the role

Be the first dedicated SDR, taking ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline generation

Work closely with senior sales leadership to define and evolve outbound strategy

Drive outreach across multiple solution areas including SOC, vCISO, and compliance platforms

Use a blend of cold calling, email, and social selling to hit monthly meeting targets

Support campaign execution, track performance in HubSpot, and continuously improve the sales playbook

Collaborate with marketing and business development to maximise impact across inbound and outbound channels
About you

Experienced in outbound SDR or BDR roles within B2B tech or cybersecurity

Confident generating pipeline from scratch and handling objections with ease

Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Cognism, and AI platforms to streamline your workflow

Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first environment

Commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to help build a world-class sales function from the ground up
Package

Base salary up to £50,000
