About the role
Supporting circa 10 account directors, lead licensing-led opportunities across Microsoft 365, Azure, Surface, and Dynamics
Be the go-to expert on Microsoft CSP and procurement options for the wider sales team
Support key client conversations, partner with Microsoft sellers, and influence procurement decisions
Run webinars, licensing workshops, and help shape the Microsoft sales GTM strategy
Work alongside client success and technical pre-sales to design effective licensing roadmaps
Contribute to new business wins, renewals, and upsell activity across a wide customer base
Your Previous Experience
Proven experience selling Microsoft licensing solutions or Microsoft CSP
Ambitious and excited to play a key role in driving the company’s fastest-growing division forward.
Confident advising senior stakeholders on best-fit licensing models and commercial strategies
Strong commercial acumen with a consistent record of sales success
Great communicator who can explain complex options simply
Comfortable in customer-facing meetings and internal enablement sessions
Self-motivated with the desire to help shape a growing Microsoft offering

Package
Base salary circa £70,000 DOE
Double OTE (£140,000+ achievable)
Hybrid working: 2 days per week in London
