About the role
Senior commercial leadership role owning the UK plus European markets, based in London
Primary mission:
Scale an established UK business materially
Launch and accelerate two additional European markets from a low starting point
Full ownership of regional go-to-market execution including new business growth and existing client retention.
Cross-functional leadership across the revenue organisation, partnering closely with global sales, customer success, marketing and operational stakeholders
Act as the “launcher + scaler”: localise central strategy, build the plan, drive momentum, and propose expansion paths proactively
Your previous experience
Strong SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally having scaled a UK commercial function within a European / international structure
Proven experience launching and growing emerging markets
Strong cross-functional operator: able to align Sales, CSM, Marketing and Ops around shared outcomes and execution
Demonstrable experience building market plans: segmentation, ICP definition, pipeline strategy, hiring/structure and cadence
Track record delivering significant growth targets in a scale-up environment (high-growth trajectory expected)

Structured problem-solver with strong commercial judgement
Not an “admin operator” someone who drives the agenda and raises the bar
