About the role

Lead and grow the new business development function, managing both full-time and fractional SDRs and BDMs

Drive a disciplined, AI-first sales culture where tools like ChatGPT and modern sales enablement platforms are embedded in daily workflows

Define and enforce a repeatable outbound sales process, underpinned by structured qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC

Set clear KPIs, coach SDRs and BDMs differently based on their role, and ensure accountability across all activity and conversion metrics

Partner with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and lead follow-up for maximum impact

Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales professionals, ensuring rapid productivity ramp-up

Report weekly on performance and forecast accuracy while driving continuous innovation in AI adoption and sales operations
About you

Proven experience leading high-performance sales teams, including hybrid structures of fractional and full-time SDRs/BDMs

Skilled in designing and delivering structured sales process and methodology training, with deep knowledge of BANT and MEDDPICC

Track record of embedding AI tools into sales processes to achieve measurable efficiency and pipeline growth

Strong HubSpot expertise with a data-driven leadership style, enforcing compliance and pipeline accuracy

Passionate about staying ahead of trends in AI, sales operations, and sales technology, and applying them commercially

Experienced in outbound-led, consultative sales environments with complex deal cycles

Able to balance process discipline with fostering creativity and autonomy within the team
Package

Up to £100,000 + 50% bonus
