About the role
Generate new business pipeline through consistent, high-volume outbound activity
Book 20+ qualified meetings per month using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
Execute outbound campaigns against targeted prospect lists and priority sectors
Qualify inbound leads from marketing and convert them into booked meetings
Accurately track activity and outcomes in HubSpot
Handle objections confidently and maintain resilience in a high-activity outbound role
Develop commercial understanding by joining handover calls and observing later-stage sales conversations
As capability grows, focus will shift towards improving meeting quality and qualification
Your previous experience
Proven experience in B2B outbound lead generation as an SDR or BDR
Comfortable with cold calling as a core part of your day-to-day
Coachable, adaptable, and able to adjust your approach based on feedback and results
Strong work ethic with a track record of consistent activity and output
Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot experience ideal)
Cybersecurity experience is beneficial but not essential
Motivated by the opportunity to develop into more advanced sales or closing roles over time
Package
Base salary £35,000–£50,000 depending on experience
Bonus and commission structure aligned to meeting performance
Fully remote, UK-based (with occasional London meetups)
Clear progression into later-stage or closing sales as the business scales
