About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise retail accounts, acting as the primary commercial contact
- Drive renewals and retention by ensuring customers see continued value in the solutions delivered
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building strong senior-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Partner with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless rollouts, integrations, and long-term adoption
- Provide account insights and market intelligence to influence internal strategy and product development
- Report on account performance, pipeline, and renewal forecasts to ensure accuracy and growth
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in account management or customer success
- Must have experience in technology, SaaS, or security solutions having managed large enterprise retail accounts
- Strong track record of retaining, renewing, and expanding accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Commercially astute with experience in contract negotiation and managing complex renewals
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and comfortable with structured account planning
- A proactive, positive communicator with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
Package
- £50,000 - £70,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £105,000)
- HYBRID - 2 days p/w in South West London
