About the role

  • Full 360 sales role owning and growing Reveal’s footprint in the UK security sector.

  • Drive new business by targeting private security firms and contract service providers through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and market engagement.

  • Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring renewals, adoption, and multi-site rollouts across complex client portfolios.

  • Build long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on compliance, safety, and operational technology.

  • Report on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning and product development.

About you

  • 3+ years’ experience in a 360 sales role (business development + account management) within a complex, consultative sales environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in physical security or safety-related sectors.

  • Strong stakeholder management and solution-selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement frameworks.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a blend of hunter mentality and relationship focus.

  • Strong relationship builder with credibility among senior stakeholders in operations, safety, and compliance.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and knowledge of the security or compliance sector.

  • Up to £50,000 base + uncapped commission + accelerators

  • HYBRID - 1-2 days p/w in South London office (occasional travel to visit clients)
