The role:

As the UK Sales Director you will...

  • Be a player/coach, leading and mentoring a successful team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Promote a high-performance culture by implementing effective sales strategies and methodologies such as MEDDICC
  • Own the 360 sales process for enterprise level deals, building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring robust pipeline management

 

About you:

  • Credible team management of at least 6 sales professionals in a player/coach role, evidencing increased performance and quota attainment
  • At least 3+ years B2B PropTech SaaS sales experience
  • A proven track-record of managing complex sales cycles and closing £100k+ deals

 

The package:

  • Circa £110k, OTE £220K+ uncapped
  • HYBRID – 2 days p/w in office, London or Birmingham
