The role:
As the UK Sales Director you will...
- Be a player/coach, leading and mentoring a successful team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets
- Promote a high-performance culture by implementing effective sales strategies and methodologies such as MEDDICC
- Own the 360 sales process for enterprise level deals, building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring robust pipeline management
About you:
- Credible team management of at least 6 sales professionals in a player/coach role, evidencing increased performance and quota attainment
- At least 3+ years B2B PropTech SaaS sales experience
- A proven track-record of managing complex sales cycles and closing £100k+ deals
The package:
- Circa £110k, OTE £220K+ uncapped
- HYBRID – 2 days p/w in office, London or Birmingham
