About the role
Design and lead enterprise technology adoption strategies for major global organisations
Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and long-term adoption of complex technology platforms
Lead workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder alignment sessions
Define success metrics, KPIs and operational frameworks that ensure technology delivers real business value
Design process maps, workflow structures and implementation plans that embed technology into day-to-day operations
Partner closely with enterprise customers across the full lifecycle from rollout through to scaled adoption
Your previous experience
5+ years working in enterprise technology implementation, digital transformation, SaaS deployment or process transformation
Strong exposure to the construction or infrastructure sector
Experience working with Autodesk Construction Cloud or other CDE platforms
Proven experience managing complex enterprise implementations and cross-functional workstreams
Confident leading executive-level workshops, stakeholder sessions and strategic discussions
Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
Package
£90,000 – £110,000 base salary (DOE)
