About the role

  • Full 360° sales role covering both new business and account management within an assigned NHS territory.

  • Own a defined healthcare territory, driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing NHS accounts through adoption and expansion initiatives.

  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior clinical, operational, and procurement stakeholders.

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close, managing procurement processes and ensuring exceptional customer experience post-sale.

  • Act as the key relationship holder for NHS clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

About you

  • 3+ years’ experience in a 360 sales role (business development + account management) within a complex, consultative sales environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in public sector or healthcare SaaS or technology sales.

  • Strong stakeholder management and solution-selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex procurement frameworks.

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a blend of hunter mentality and relationship focus.

  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging C-suite and clinical leaders.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and knowledge of NHS procurement or frameworks is highly desirable.

Package

  • Up to £55,000 base + uncapped commission + accelerators

  • HYBRID - min 1 day per month in South West London office

  • UK-based travel across assigned NHS territory
