About the role
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle for the UK market.
- Build and execute sales strategies and playbooks targeting these sectors.
- Develop and lead strategic partnerships to open new sales channels.
- Manage and coach the SDR function to deliver consistent top-of-funnel activity.
- Work cross-functionally with project managers and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaborate on UK bids while supporting select global growth opportunities.
About you
- 5+ years’ experience in solution sales, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven track record selling to enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles
- Experience leading or coaching SDRs or junior BDs
- Able to build strategies for new verticals from scratch and deliver results
- Confident in both direct sales and partnership development
- Curious, analytical, well-organised and commercially driven
- Familiar with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
Package
- £90–100k base + performance bonus
