About the Role
This is a pivotal senior leadership role for a commercially minded, strategic operator ready to lead REG’s next phase of growth. As Chief Revenue Officer, you'll shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, scale the sales function, and drive recurring revenue growth. The aim: triple ARR and position REG as the go-to platform in both insurance and adjacent regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a scalable enterprise-focused GTM strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Define sales structures, processes, and KPIs to support ARR growth
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to drive alignment
- Expand into new regulated verticals with clear market-entry strategies
- Personally lead and close high-value enterprise deals in early stages
- Deliver playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and sales enablement tools
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS revenue from £5m+ to £25m+, with experience navigating growth inflection points and delivering consistent, compounding ARR
- RegTech or FinTech background is a strong advantage.
- Experience leading and scaling multi-functional commercial teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success)
- Deep fluency with SaaS metrics and commercial levers, pipeline coverage, CAC:LTV, churn, expansion revenue, etc.
- Strong strategic vision with hands-on operational capability, comfortable toggling between board-level planning and rolling sleeves up to execute
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing scalable sales systems, processes, and playbooks
- People-first leadership style grounded in values, trust, and clarity; brings coaching experience, emotional intelligence, and commercial rigour in equal measure
