About the Role
This is a hands-on, senior leadership role taking full ownership of the commercial function - sales, CS, marketing, and rev ops. You’ll work directly with the CEO and lead a lean, focused team through the next phase of growth.

Own the full revenue funnel: pipeline creation to retention and expansion

Build structure into forecasting, sales operations, and performance metrics

Lead select key enterprise accounts and high-value renewals personally

Be a daily presence in team performance, coaching and supporting the team

Create clarity in goals, accountability, and cultural alignment
About You

Senior commercial leader with SaaS experience (enterprise sales focus)

German speaker (ideally native)

Deep knowledge of outbound pipeline and conversion strategies

Strong operator: highly structured, organised, and outcomes-driven

You lead from the front and enjoy being in the details

Based in London or open to regular London office time
Package

to £130,000 base | Circa £200,000 OTE + equity
