As Technical Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for...
- Nurturing customer relationships by building, managing, and engaging with clients to make sure they are getting value from the platform
- Understanding client's needs at a technical level and identifying possibilities to improve the success and adoption of the platform
- Managing a portfolio of both existing and new clients, acting as the point of contact for any technical issues
- Establishing areas of upselling opportunities with customers by understanding their goals for success
- Conducting regular reviews with clients to optimise software renewals
About you:
- You will be a technically minded Customer Success Executive/Engineer and/or Account Manager within the tech industry/technical related product
- Have a degree in materials science, engineering, or a related area
- A successful track record of building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients
The package:
- Salary up to £35,000
