About the role

  • Drive pipeline growth across the UK enterprise sector and key accounts through multi-channel outbound campaigns

  • Research and map target organisations, identifying decision-makers and tailoring personalised outreach

  • Run cadences across email, phone, and LinkedIn, while also managing inbound opportunities effectively

  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and ensure smooth handovers

  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to build pipeline and market presence

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to sharpen messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy

About you

  • 2+ years’ experience as an SDR/BDR in a technology or security-related sector

  • Proven success generating pipeline in complex enterprise accounts, engaging multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable with qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC

  • Skilled in CRM and sales intelligence platforms (Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to craft compelling outreach

  • Proactive, driven, and process-oriented with a collaborative and positive approach

  • Up to £40,000 + uncapped commission
