The role:
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for.. 
  • Rolling your sleeves up to get involved with enterprise-level sales and winning new logos.
  • Building on existing sales processes, methodologies and GTM strategies.
  • Continuously analysing and upgrading strategies in line with business and market trends.
  • Managing 12 sales reps with plans to grow this over the next 1-3 years. 
  • Defining sales targets / KPIs and coaching, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve these.
  • Sales budgeting, forecasting and reporting on performance weekly/monthly/quarterly. 
  • Being hands-on and getting involved with more complex demos, negotiations and pitches.
About you:
  • UK security clearance.
  • Strong sales track record, proven success prospecting/identifying new business and building a strong pipeline.
  • Familiarity selling across a portfolio of cybersecurity based products and services.
  • Experience in the Government & Defence sector (a must for this role) - MOD/NATO ideal.
  • Sales management experience, managing/growing a sales team of closing sales reps.
The package:
  • £100,000 - £120,000 basic salary.
  • Bonus/commission structure.

This Sales Director role will be fully remote in the UK with clients based in the South. Key locations include London, Slough, Bracknell, Maidenhead, Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Bath, Bristol, Newport, Cardiff or surrounding areas.
