Customer Success & Onboarding Manager (Start-up) - London - SaaS - AI Driven Solution

The Company:

The role:
  • Manage client journey from onboarding and beyond, with high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across teams to contribute to product development.
  • Create high level campaigns at a consistent level.

About you:

  • Strong academic background Degree level and above.
  • Ability to deal with high-pressure, fast moving work environment, with high expectations. 
  • 2 years + B2B SaaS/Start-up Customer success or Account management experience (Must be A.I/Early stage start-up)
