- Manage client journey from onboarding and beyond, with high levels of customer service.

- Create high level campaigns at a consistent level.
About you:
- Strong academic background Degree level and above.
- Ability to deal with high-pressure, fast moving work environment, with high expectations.
- 2 years + B2B SaaS/Start-up Customer success or Account management experience (Must be A.I/Early stage start-up)
The Package:
- Salary up to £60,000 + Bonus scheme
