As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Building strong relationships with key decision makers, ensuring high levels of success and retention
- Representing the "voice of the customer" and collaborating with technical stakeholders, internally and externally
- Analysing customer software usage and creating effective campaigns to increase customer engagement
- Promoting customer awareness of all new features and releases using your technical expertise, and offering insight to ensure maximum adoption
- 4+ years proven SaaS/Software/Tech Customer Success Management experience, ideally within a start-up/scale-up environment
- Technically minded, with experience in delighting an existing client base of solution architects, software developers, IT managers, CTO's and the like
- Keen to work for one of the most highly regarded employers in the UK!
- Circa £75,000
- Remote working, to be based anywhere in the UK
