- Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Sales Managers and indirectly a team of SMB and Enterprise AEs.
- Establishing stretching but achievable KPIs and targets for the team and working closely with them to achieve them.
- Implementing proven and established methodologies and processes to maximise sales performance and success.
- Leveraging all data / reports and analysing trends to offer insight, areas for improvement and and best practice to the team.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders and internal departments during the presales and post-sales process.
- Acting as a trusted leader and company advocate to motivate, inspire and encourage the team to smash their numbers.
- Previous track record as an individual contributor, closing enterprise deals.
- Background in fast-paced SaaS start-up/scale-up environments.
- Management experience, including large teams (50+) and managers.
