As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for..
- Establishing realistic but stretching KPIs and working closely with your team to ensure they are achieved
- Recruiting, onboarding and training all new team members to ramp them up as quickly as possible
- Leading from the front and coaching the team on sales methodologies to improve processes
- Helping to identify opportunities and developing targeted and effective sales pitches / demos
- Desirable: an experienced SDR who has progressed to Head of, Lead, and/or Manager of an SDR/BDR team.
- Understanding of the software/SaaS/ IT space, in particular using Salesforce CRM
- Scaled and grown successful sales teams in a fast paced environment
- To £65,000 - £70,000
- OTE £75,000 - £85,000
