- Leading and developing the sales team, developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets to drive the business
- Growing revenue through new business generation with large Corporates/Blue Chip organisations
- Ownership of the sales cycle including expanding existing clients and winning new logos
- Senior management, motivating and developing the existing sales team to achieve results and win new opportunities
- Clear progression path to Sales Director in 12-18 months
- Minimum of 4 years leadership experience within a fleet management function
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness with an ability to develop strategic initiatives in Sales and with commercial partners
- Proven success winning new business and retaining existing clients
- Hunter mentality, driven to exceed targets in a fast paced environment
