As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for...
- Manage, lead and motivate the sales teams across Europe and rest of the world.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to key accounts, pushing additional revenue streams.
- Implementing new sales strategies, processes and best practice to improve overall revenue and sales conversion.
- Work with operational teams to ensure smooth transactions and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of top client accounts
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Advanced experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Experience managing key accounts and driving long terms relationships.
- Career background in HR Tech, workforce management or similar B2B environment.
- Intelligent, strategic and problem- solving capabilities.
The package:
- Up to £90,000 | Plus up to £60,000 commission,
