Business Development Manager - Financial Services Consultancy

The role:
- New business generation - use a consultative approach to self generating, qualifying and closing significant deals, bringing in additional internal stakeholders as required
- Create effective outreaches, liaise with marketing to help grow inbound interest
- Collaborate with the wider team to meet with potential clients, prioritise prospects, apply a consultative approach to convert, close and secure new business
- Be the face of the business for future clients
- Play a key part in helping the company reach its ambitious goals
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience
- Proven success in an outbound new business role with a strong track record of achieving against targets
- Intelligent and consultative with a passion for sales and building effective long-lasting relationships
- Interested in latest technology, innovation, emerging businesses and research and development
- Able and keen to work in their Glasgow office 3 times a week (based in the City)
The package:
- to £50,000 depending on experience
- Commission is likely to bring the OTE to £75,000+ (uncapped)
