The Role:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with accounts at risk of ending their contract.
- Renew and upsell contracts with customers coming to the end of their subscription.
- Building meaningful and consultative relationships with clients, understanding pain points to improve ROI.
- Utilising data in order to share informative insights.
About You:
- Previous experience in commercial role and been a part of customer retention within the ICT/Cloud/SaaS/Software industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Package:
- Basic salary up to £45,000, £70,000 OTE uncapped!
