About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner for high-value clients, ensuring long-term success and business growth
  • Lead key client interactions and communicate between internal teams and external clients to provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver short, medium, and long-term value for clients
  • Use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and help clients maximize the value from the company’s solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align company offerings with client needs, and help drive impactful results

About you

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience calculating ROI for high-value clients
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams and influencing internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to drive customer-centric initiatives and work on multiple high-pressure projects
  • Strong understanding of technology, with a proactive attitude towards learning and development
  • Experienced in presenting and influencing senior-level stakeholders, with excellent communication skills
