Highly regarded software provider and consultancy in CX and AI is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise clients, selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions to some of the largest businesses in the UK & globally.
Works with enterprise organisations to modernise customer engagement and operational performance
Partnerships with major technology vendors across CX and cloud infrastructure
Recently secured one of the largest CX transformation programmes in history
Double in revenue & employees within the last 2 years

About the role:
Pure new business Strategic Account Executive position
Full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Selling CX platforms, AI-led transformation solutions and broader consultancy services
Targeting enterprise and upper mid-market organisations
Engaging senior stakeholders including CIOs, COOs, Heads of CX and AI leaders
Managing complex, multi-threaded sales processes across multiple functions
Supported by SDRs, bid teams and vendor partnerships
Responsible for generating a significant portion of own pipeline
Typical target of 6 to 12 new logo wins annually
Working closely with internal delivery and technical teams
Your previous experience:
Strong new business sales background within CX, CCaaS, contact centre, SaaS or related technology markets (£500k+ deals)
Experience selling transformation-led solutions rather than purely transactional software
Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and close complex enterprise deals
Comfortable selling into large organisations with multiple stakeholders
Experience engaging senior decision makers including CIO, COO and customer experience leadership
Commercially strong with the ability to build value-led business cases
Experience around AI-led customer experience solutions would be highly beneficial
Package:
Salary £100,000-£120,000 (depending on experience)
OTE circa 110% of base (individuals earning 4x this)
