The role:
As the Senior Business Development Representative you will be...
- Working closely with the Head of Sales and high performing sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Multi-channel outreach and booking discovery calls and meetings with key stakeholders
- Taking ownership of your prospecting pipeline to ensure sales targets are met (or exceeded!)
About you:
- A minimum of 1 year B2B sales/lead generation experience, with a proven track record of smashing targets in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven, resilient, enthusiastic and unafraid of a challenge
- Desire to build a long-term career in tech sales with an exciting AI scale-up!
The package:
- Circa £32,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £44,000 in first year!)
- Remote first - 1 day p/w in Cambridge HQ
- Fast-tracked career progression to an Account Executive/closing role
