Full-cycle Account Executive role focused 100% on closing
100% inbound pipeline – no outbound required
No manual prospecting – consistent, high-quality deal flow
Monthly quotas with accelerators – top performers regularly exceed target
High demo volume with strong conversion opportunity
Work closely with a senior UK-based AE stepping into a leadership role

Clear progression into more senior and mid-market opportunities
About your previous experience
4+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven top performer – ideally ranked highly within your team
Comfortable running high-velocity, high-volume demo environments
Strong closer with urgency and excellent follow-up discipline
Experience selling to commercial, sales, or operational stakeholders preferred
Background in sales tech, martech, or similar environments advantageous
Thrives in scrappy, high-growth environments without heavy corporate structure
Competitive, accountable, and motivated by performance
Package
Base salary up to £80,000 DOE
OTE £200,000+ with strong accelerators
