About the role:
Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle
Selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations
Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels
Running complex, multi-threaded deals with senior stakeholders across tech, operations and leadership
Focus on high-value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales
Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline
Your previous experience:
Proven new business AE with a consistent track record of hitting quota, someone who loves sourcing and developing business and selling latest AI solutions
Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations
Experience driving pipeline and closing complex deals
Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales environments
Commercially credible, able to articulate value at a senior level
Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance
Package:
To £95,000 base salary DOE
Uncapped commission (OTE ~110% of base)
Hybrid – 1 day per week in Bristol office
Strong earning potential with accelerators
