About the role:
  • Pure new business role with full ownership of the sales cycle

  • Selling CX platforms and AI-led transformation solutions into mid-market and enterprise organisations

  • Mix of outbound activity, SDR support and partner channels

  • Running complex, multi-threaded deals with senior stakeholders across tech, operations and leadership

  • Focus on high-value, strategic opportunities rather than transactional sales

  • Expected to land multiple new logos annually while building a strong pipeline

Your previous experience:
  • Proven new business AE with a consistent track record of hitting quota, someone who loves sourcing and developing business and selling latest AI solutions

  • Experience selling SaaS or AI that improves customer experience in large scale organisations

  • Experience driving pipeline and closing complex deals

  • Comfortable operating in multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales environments

  • Commercially credible, able to articulate value at a senior level

  • Driven, competitive and takes full ownership of performance

Package:
  • To £95,000 base salary DOE

  • Uncapped commission (OTE ~110% of base)

  • Hybrid – 1 day per week in Bristol office
