Founding Account Executive hire in the UK with full ownership of new business
True 360 role from prospecting through to close
Mid-market focus with fast sales cycles and quick wins
High-activity environment with clear impact on revenue and earnings
Selling a highly relevant AI product into financial advisers and wealth management firms
Significant influence over how the UK sales motion is built and scaled
Your previous experience
3+ years full 360 closing experience in FinTech or SaaS/AI selling into financial services
Proven new business hunter with consistent quota overachievement
Strong outbound mindset and ability to generate your own pipeline
Experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
Commercially sharp, competitive, and results-driven
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and running deals end to end
High energy, resilient, and someone customers naturally buy from
Motivated by early-stage environments and building from scratch
Package
£60,000 to £75,000 base salary DOE plus double OTE
