About the role:
Lead a global team of 10+ Account Directors (Enterprise) across multiple regions
Oversee a substantial portfolio of £1m+ spending customers
Define and execute a best-in-class account management strategy focused on retention, expansion and long-term customer value
Drive improvements in NRR through structured upsell, cross-sell and strategic account planning
Lead customer transition initiatives to next-generation platforms and solutions
Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, forecasting discipline and accountability
Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high-value accounts
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and leadership teams to align on global customer strategy
Engage regularly with C-suite stakeholders across enterprise clients
Highly visible role with frequent international travel
Your previous experience:
5+ years’ experience leading account management teams within an enterprise software environment
Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn and increasing NRR
Experience working with complex platforms and managing large, global organisations with multi-stakeholder environments
Commercially driven leader with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Skilled at building and scaling high-performing teams, including coaching, hiring and process optimisation
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite and board level
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, reporting and pipeline management experience
Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, global environment with regular international travel
Package:
£140,000 – £160,000 base salary DOE
50% OTE
London/Hybrid
Frequent global travel (25% of time)
