The role:
- Working closely with the Customer Success Manager and Director of Customer to help manage and support their fast-growing customer base
- Being the primary point of contact, responding to enquiries and resolving client queries via phone, email and video call
- Monitoring client 'health' and delivering engaging training sessions to ensure customers are getting the most value from the services and recur and grow each year
- Being nurtured and coached into a Customer Success Manager
About you:
- A minimum of 1 year B2B experience, ideally from a technical background
- Educated to degree level
- An energetic and engaging communicator, who is keen to learn and progress quickly!
The package:
- Up to £35,000 + commission and bonus scheme (OTE £50,000)
- HYBRID - 1 day per week in office in Cambridgeshire
