- Responsible for increasing the number of new agencies.
- Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Meet and exceed client expectations, while increasing company revenue.
- Growing the number of new active clients and contractors.
- Attending seminars and industry events.

About you:
- 2/3 years of experience in Business Development Management.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
- Ability to develop business development processes and strategies.
- Confident to develop, set goals and stick to action plans.
- Brilliant communication skills.
- Team player, but confident to work independently.

The package:
- Up to £50,000 | Plus 20% bonus
