The Role:
- Manage a pipeline of new business prospects from lead gen through to close
- Responsible for managing existing account growth and renewal, ensuring that contracts are complete in a timely manner.
- Identifying areas of growth to improve a clients account through upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Inputting data accurately into the CRM system, ensuring all communication with customers is recorded
- Working on a subscription based model, being responsible for continual retention of enterprise clients
- Develop and maintain a wider understanding of the companies products and the construction industry
About you:
- Ideally, 2 years Account Management experience within the SaaS/Construction Tech or Construction
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to communicate across all levels of business including up to C-Suite
- A track record of building and managing relationships with B2B accounts
The Package:
- Salary 38k and 30% OTE
- Hybrid working (2/3 days in London per week)
